Re+ aims to bring health and performance to everyone.
We offer a range of science-backed modalities with suggested programming, chosen for its impact on your physical and mental well-being.

At the heart of our facility are two cold plunge pools. Our cold plunge pools are kept at 8-10°C (less aggressive) and 5-8°C (colder and challenging) respectively. The temperatures in each pool may vary slightly by about +/- 2°C.
Cold exposure works in the favour of upregulation. Placing your body in a pool of significantly cold water sends your body into shock and discomfort, which follows with a rewarding rush of endorphins such as dopamine and norepinephrine.
On the muscular and vascular level, capillaries constrict and blood moves towards the core to protect internal organs. Upon stepping out of the cold plunge, capillaries dilate, encouraging fresh blood into muscular tissue. This process refreshes the muscles, reduces inflammation, and improves soreness by bringing away muscular waste and introducing resources for quicker recovery.
This is further accelerated by alternating with heat therapy in our Mineral Soak or Hot Sauna, also known as Contrast Therapy.
The fundamental mechanism of contrast therapy is what we build our method on, for our signature Recovery+ program which encourages an 80/20 ratio of hot to cold exposure.
Our Mineral Soak pool is held at 40°C, providing a gentle, stimulating heat. In the hot water, muscles relax and capillaries dilate. The Mineral Soak is designed to be restorative and restful, promoting downregulation. As a gentle heat is applied to the body, the feeling of relaxation and release washes over. A blend of minerals including magnesium is included in our Mineral Soak.
Magnesium is well researched for its contribution to muscular recovery and relaxation, and supports healthy skin and nails. Jacuzzi jets further assist in dispersing tension in key areas like the shoulders and back, encouraging muscles to release stored tension.
When used with our Cold Plunge pools, this is commonly referred to as Contrast Therapy, the cornerstone of our signature Re+ protocols.
Our Hot Sauna is made with premium hemlock, boasting a natural finish and optimised heating with a world-class Finnish stove and 30kg of natural rocks. Our sauna is kept at 90°C, and automatically dosed to release steam periodically.
The applied heat of the sauna promotes the healing of muscle tissues through a range of enzymatic processes. The heat also releases stiffness of muscles and improves flexibility and range of motion. It can also reduce the pain and aches in joints and inflamed areas of the body.
Using a traditional sauna is simultaneously upregulating and downregulating. The high heat simulates a light workout, as the body perspires to regulate its core temperature. However, the result is a calmer mind, relaxed body, and improved sleep.
The health benefits of sauna usage go beyond muscular repair and relief, but also improve heart health, VO2 max, nervous system regulation, and immune function.
Compression boots use pneumatic technology, pumping air into chambers, to deliver a targeted massage to the limbs. This stimulates the vascular and lymphatic systems to enhance nutrient delivery and blood circulation, refreshing tired muscles and accelerating recovery.
When using compression therapy as a form of recovery, expect to see immediate relief of tired muscles and restoration of energy to the legs.
Our compression boots have 6 chambers to target all portions of the leg from your ankles, calves, hamstrings, and quadriceps. A favourite recovery method for runners and cyclists, allowing them to bounce back into action.
